Adorably updated, 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort! Located on the north side of the resort, in the QUIET 6000 section, you'll be at the beach in a couple of minutes! This home has all the beach-feel finishing touches and amenities to make your stay memorable! Enjoy the outdoor covered porch, with plenty of seating to relax, and a propane grill for cookouts. Enjoy everything from your morning coffee, relaxing evenings on this huge covered porch!

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!! (Bathroom and Kitchen towel sets. Just bring your beach towels).

Enjoy the outdoor covered front porch, with plenty of seating to relax, and a propane grill for cookouts. This porch has great morning 'coffee' sunshine and afternoon shade during the hottest parts of the day. You'll also have access beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos.

Inside, there is a smart TV w/ cable in every room and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, and a bathtub in the main bathroom.

4 beds, sleeping 6-8 people. Maximum 6 adults.

Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed with private en-suite full bathroom

Bedroom 2 - Full over Full bunk beds, capable of holding adults.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*This home does not include golf cart use as part of rental costs. Golf cart rentals available through Ocean Lakes directly.

*Security/damage HOLD of $300 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
