Nip-Tide is located on a nice corner lot and just a few minute golf-cart ride to the beach. This home is the perfect place for a family of 4-6 to make special memories as soon as you step inside to the nautical decor. You will enjoy the covered wrap around porch in any weather. Spacious fully equipped kitchen including Keurig and full size coffee maker as well as toaster, crock pot and microwave . Full size stove , dinette seating as well as nice bar area with bay window. Gas grill for outdoor cooking . Spacious 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and one with queen . There is a full size pull out sleeper sofa as well as a portable Pack 'n' Play crib for your little ones. We include a linen package (sheets, bathroom towel sets and kitchen towel set) as well as starter paper products. Two full baths 1 with step in shower and 1 with tub/shower combination. There is a full size washer / dryer for your convenience.

This is a pet-free home and no smoking or vaping in home or parties on premises.

COMPLIMENTARY WIFI and cable.

TV's in den and each bedroom as well as outside TV for your enjoyment.

*This home does NOT include GOLF CART use as part of rental costs. Golf cart rentals available through Ocean Lakes directly.

*Security/damage HOLD of $300 is REFUNDABLE and released within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
