Ocean Lakes - 1807 is located just a few minute golf-cart ride to the beach. This home has all you'll need for a fun beach vacation for your family. Includes Linens package and use of complimentary golf cart. Enjoy time outdoors dining, grilling and lounging by the TV. Sleeps 5 people

We include a linen package (sheets, bathroom towel sets and kitchen towel set) as well as starter paper products. Two full baths 1 with step in shower and 1 with tub/shower combination. There is a full size washer / dryer for your convenience.

*This home DOES include complimentary GOLF CART use for licensed drivers age 21 and up.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and released within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
